“We accept applications from people with all backgrounds.”
But then
“Sorry your background does not qualify you for this position.”
Or my favorite;
“You need experience to start working in this field.”
Seriously. All I need. Is for one. Just one. Recruiter. To give me a chance.
Seriously. I didn’t have any experience before making coffee or selling cartoon artwork and now I make the perfect cappuccino and know the history of animation. It’s not that hard it’s called LEARNING and ANYONE CAN DO IT.
